Something happened Halloween night in my neighbourhood, and a life was all-too-soon ended.
Because of this, I am shelving my work in progress for NaNoWriMo, and I'm dusting off another one I'd started for a school assignment and running with that, instead, because it's funny, it's snarky, and it's going to be a blast to write.
I'm just over 300 words into this one, and I've got more than enough time to catch up, I'm just needing to get banging away at my keyboard. :)
Earlier this week, I purchased a little something for myself from a friend who was looking to liquidate her Jamberry stock. I managed to snag these pretties:
Jamberry wraps for nails - fingers and toes! I'm absolutely excited about these, but I'm not going to mess with any of them until AFTER I've crossed that 50k word line! But... Just look at 'em! "On the Green," "Pink Ribbon," "Preppy Plaid," "Redwood," "Windy Fields," "Black and White Chevron," "Bluescale," "Dark Blue Paisley," and "Deck the Halls."
