Earlier this year, I decided to take the plunge and reach out to the “I RunFor” community. It's something my Mom's been doing for a few years now, she has posted things on Facebook about her run buddy and I asked her about what it was for.

I Run For....

Several years ago, my Mom took up running after her divorce from the old man.  Not long after she discovered how freeing this hobby is for her, she got involved in this really neat thing called I Run For.  She's told me a lot about it, and I've watched her posts she's shared about it.  I've seen how happy it makes her, and I've always been curious.  Finally, earlier this year, I decided I'd check it out.
